We Are Opening Our First Studio Space!
This is not a drill.
Dom Productions Inc. is acquiring Amica Studio from Liz Salzman Photography on May 1, 2024!
This beautiful, brightly lit 1200 sq. ft loft space is located in East York, Toronto.
It also features south east-facing factory windows, a skylight, functional kitchen, ensuite bathroom, ample parking, and a million opportunities for amazing photos.
The space can also be used for workshops and small events!
Amica Studio opened its doors in 2021 and has been used by photographers, videographers, content creators and event planners alike.
Theyβve hosted it all at Amica.
Brand photo shoots, family photoshoots, television productions, music video shoots, YouTube videos, cooking classes, kids events, birthday parties, micro weddings, baby showers, yoga classes, team meetings, and so much more.
This acquisition has been a crazy experience, from hearing about the studio sale back in December 2023, to negotiations, to signing on the dotted line in early Marchβ¦
Iβve been dreaming about opening a studio long before I started Dom Productions. And weβve shot many clients at Amica Studio over the years, so weβre very familiar with the space.
Weβve done digital ad campaigns for Scouts Canada at Amica. Weβve shot brand photos for personal trainers, graphic designers and leadership coaches at Amica. And weβve even hosted team meet ups and shot our own brand photos at Amica!
I canβt believe this is actually happening.
I want to extend a huge thank you to the DP team as well as all our friends, family and clients who supported us throughout this process.
And I canβt wait to start working with our clients here, making the space our own, and renting it out to other content creators for shoots and events!
As the new owners of Amica, weβll continue to run this beloved studio as you know and love for now, and eventually roll out new and innovative ideas to the space.
