Not 9 to 5
Not 9 to 5 is a nonprofit global leader in mental health advocacy for the hospitality and culinary industry. The organization provides education, resources, and training to shift workplace culture, reduce stigma, and empower hospitality workers with tools to support their mental health and substance use challenges. Theyβve partnered with Smart Serve Ontario and GreenShield to launch the Smart Serve Cares program, a campaign set to bring awareness to the mental health challenges of the sector and provide the support and resources to those who would otherwise not have access to mental health services through their employers.
